Important Considerations for Spring
Fertilization & Weed Control
Round 1’s have begun! We have already started treating our lawns with our fertilizer and crabgrass control – so be on the lookout for us! If you’re not already signed up for our lawn treatment program, what are you waiting for? 🙂 We get results! Check this out!
Spring Clean Up & Fresh Mulch Installation
Spring Clean-ups (that include shrub trimming) & fresh Mulch Installations will begin THIS WEEK! Clean-ups are typically done in the spring and fall – and mulch is typically done every 1-2 years. The spring get CRAZY BUSY fast – but our clients with renewing services with us will be 1st priority. Please just let us know ASAP if you would like these services provided. There’s no better way to kick off the season than by beautifying your outdoor living space!
Our black premium tinted mulch is the most popular – followed by the brown.
Spring Aerations
Aerations will be done late April/May – so please plan ahead – as you’ll need to have all cables, invisible fences and utility lines marked prior to aerations. We will be contacting you approximately 1 week ahead, so you’ll know when to expect us. This is recommended every spring and fall. If we have done yours previously, you should already be on schedule, if not, get on schedule now! SO good for your lawn!
Weekly Lawn Maintenance
We will start mowing services the week of March 25 – weather permitting. It might seem early since we started later than usual last season – but the grass grew last fall after we stopped cutting. It’s best for first/last cuts to be short so heat will be introduced to the soil early spring and give your lawn a jumpstart in the growing and greening process! After the first cut, we’ll try to maintain 3.5-4″ height for the rest of the summer.
Exterior Power Washing **NEW Last Season**
Don’t forget — we now offer soft power washing for your home! And you can add-on pressure washing services, too. This is a GREAT way to make the exterior of your home look fresh! We offer a whole-house wash and also a one-side (north side of the homes get hit pretty hard with algae). The results are amazing – and they LAST a long time (avg 1-3 years!).
This is our 8th season! Can you believe it? Wow – time flies when you’re having fun!
